Once we receive your registration form, trip leader Scott Masciarelli will contact you personally to confirm it has been received and to collect any additional information we may need to settle your reservation and to give you further instructions.
Payment and Reservation Terms and Conditions
As spots are limited, a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is needed for each person you are registering to hold your place in The Awakening Man. This deposit is due at the time of reservation.
The remaining payment is due in full no later than May 31, 2016.
- The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Should you cancel at any time it will result in a loss of the deposit.
If you have paid in full and cancel before May 31, 2017 all your funds minus the $500 deposit will be refunded to you.
Any cancellation after final payment is made will result in a complete loss of all funds.
Should there be less than six (6) participants enrolled by May 31, 2017 the trip will be rescheduled. You will have the option to move your deposit to new the departure date or request a full refund.
Please do not make any airline reservations until the trip is confirmed. We will announce to all participants when this happens so that you may begin securing your international airline reservations.
* Travel insurance, which includes trip cancellation and emergency medical, evacuation and repatriation coverage, is mandatory. We can assist with the purchase of travel insurance.
